Television Research Institute, FSUE
The Television Research Institute, Federal State Unitary Enterprise (NIIT) has been developing TV broadcasting equipment for more than 60 years.
Now the NIIT offers:
Kiparis multifunctional mobile set for real-time event reporting in the DVB standard
digital studio equipment complex
technical know-how of monitoring DVB networks.
Complexes and devices for TV broadcasting system parameter measurement in DVB standards. Two devices for the control of MPEG2 transport streams are developed: The ATP-2 transport stream analyser and the G-420 television signal generator.
The ATP-2 has the following characteristics:
design solution of a notebook type
transport stream up to 108 Mb/s
built-in Reed-Solomon decoder
built-in phase-locked loop to measure the PCR jitter parameters
system 'availability' mode
'remote monitoring' mode complying with SNMP v2 protocol
supported options: receivers DVB-S, -C,-T,-H, Ethernet, E1, E2, E3, video/audio decoder, pass-through of transport stream.
The G-420 generator has the following characteristics:
outputs a transport stream up to 216 Mb/s
built-in Reed-Solomon coder
adjustment of ample parameters of digital signals
inputs errors and PCR jitter into an MPEG2 transport stream.
