Jake has spent more than 15 years managing successful product lines for telecommunications networks, and has brought over 15 new products to market from concept to production. As the founder of a telecommunications start up, as well as director of product management for two Silicon Valley-based companies, Jake offers a wealth of executive experience to drive Clear-Com's strategic product development.

Jake was chosen for his exceptional qualifications, after having served as product management consultant for Sapphire Horizon, LTD, where he helped companies develop corporate technology roadmaps and business plans for investment and growth.
Throughout his career, Jake has successfully demonstrated his business and organizational acumen through a number of achievements, including establishment of a complete optical/semi-conductor fabrication facility, which led to a successful 1996 IPO. In addition, his leadership and prudent global management of wideband components drove successful product management teams across multiple sites at E-Tek Dynamics and JDS Uniphase.
